The tankard arrived intact. It looked as I imagined it would and the engraving was precise and well executed. It’s just the job to provide the outgoing chairman of our boating club with a nice memento of his time in office. I was able to review the engraving before it was engraved, which made the process easier and
took away any possibility of the tankard not looking as intended. The staff were helpful and it was an easy procedure and the price was right, too
