I bought a tankard for my son and it arrived without any engraving, my fault I did not complete the process. I contacted them by phone and was greeted by one of the most helpful people I have dealt with recently. My son's birthday was coming up in 2 days time. I t all sorted over the phone and arrived in time for his birthday, A big thank you David !
