The tankard came really quickly and was of a high quality even though I asked for a quite complex design. However, when we received the product the presentation box was broken in one corner and there was black marks on the handle, however these came off with a wipe.
Overall, I am very impressed with the product and I'm sure my dad will love it when he receives it on his birthday.
