I was very impressed with this company. I tried to order the same tankard from Amazon which I usually use for everything, but the option for engraving wasn't working. I needed it as a special surprise birthday gift for our oldest son and needed it shipped quickly. This was the only company that could get it here in time and offered a flat rate for the amount of engraving needed. The price was economic and the tankard was from a well known co in Scotland. Well done!
