The first pewter tankard arrived "squashed" and not sitting flat on the table.
As soon as I discovered this, I emailed buyatankard.com who replied within an hour and as I had ordered it for my husband's birthday, and I needed it quickly, the customer service assistant sent out the new one before the damaged one had been returned, which was very helpful. No complaints about the service!
