I made a personalised purchase online and the tankard was all completed (engraved to an exceptional standard with logo and text) and with me within 48 hours. Prior to the order being completed, I was also contacted (after I agreed to by a tickbox at checkout) to review the personalisation and agree it before the engraving was done. Communication was polite, efficient and professional. Honestly cannot fault the service provided by this vendor. Would recommend to anyone.
