Very effective and friendly service. I had slightly more letters and spaces than the allotted 100 characters and this was happily accommodated via email exchange. I requested to see the proof before the inscription was made. This service was very helpful in deciding whether I had chosen the right style of font. The tankard and inscription both look fabulous. Overall, very pleased with the service and highly recommended.
