Really pleased with the product but even more pleased with the overall service. I needed to buy an engraved tankard at very short notice and was concerned that I wouldn't receive it in time. It arrived the very next day! And what was hugely impressive was the excellent level of customer service, with the team checking to make sure what I wanted could actually be produced and delivered in the timelines, offering advice, and being generally brilliant!
