The process of buying and agreeing the engraving was good as was the turn around. However, the standard of the pewter tankard was poor I felt. After making a complaint and sending photos I was told that 'As they are all hand made they do inevitably have small marks that are left over from the manufacturing process, which makes each item individual. As a rule, we tend to accept the product from the manufacturer if their own quality control has passed it as satisfactory.' So, be warned! As this was a present for someone I was not happy.
