The overall experience was great, buying a Tankard for my son's 21st birthday brought back all the memories of receiving mine over 25 years ago. The website is very user friendly. Easy to navigate choices, designs, engraving and checkout. The turn around was very fast, I placed my order on May 29 and it was received at destination on June 3. That's Sunday to Friday, Scotland to Texas in 5 days. That is worth more than the 5 stars I was able to give. I will definitely be returning when my youngest turns 21, and will most definitely pass along the web site to all my friends. From an EX PAT living in Texas, great job, BTW my son loves the Tankard.
