We were very pleased with the quality of the engraving and the tankard. The service was extremely fast and efficient. We called to confirm our on-line instructions had been understood and learned that the items were already in shipping. The staff member confirmed our order with the engraver and all was clearly understood. The follow up service was excellent!! Products and services are highly recommended.
