I chose this company because it offered a better range of options than any competitor I could find, plus reasonable prices. Pleased with the product, but slightly disappointed that the engraved text was not exactly as I would have liked. I asked for a call to discuss alternatives if my precise requirement was not technically possible, but didn't get one.
