I ordered a round tankard engraved with my son’s name, late on the 21st Dec. I paid the extra postage to secure delivery on the Sat. Everything went to plan and I received the beautiful tankard, engraved correctly, in a lovely velvet pouch and boxed, around 12.30 on the Sat 23rd. Excellent service and high quality item! Thank you.
