I had to contact you as I hadn't had anything from you regarding dispatch and I had paid for express delivery to ensure the gift arrived on time (it was a gift from our children to my husband for his 40th birthday) I spoke to a lady in your customer service team who told me the tankard we picked was out of stock. I explained my disappointment and she arranged for a different tankard to be immediately engraved and dispatched within the hour. It arrived by 1pm the following day which was his birthday. Excellent product, beautifully engraved and excellent customer care. Thank you
