Hi I ordered three tankards and was very happy with them all. I especially love the glass bottom one. The presentation box was great too and made it such a lovely looking gift. The only thing I can say, is that I was very concerned with, was delivery time. This had nothing to do with buy tankard, it had to do with the delivery method I chose, in the end thankfully they came. The online chatting service was also great as I needed some info before I ordered the tankards. All in all, I have to say I was impressed with the service and I will not hesitate to buy again from this company. Thank you
