I designed a tankard with some engraving. It was easy to order and was delivered so quickly. However, a drawback is that you cant visualize where the engraving would appear. I was disappoined in its placement despite the instructions i included with the order. Also a bit disapointed with the weight and would have agreed to pay extra for a hevy weight tankard. Alas, no option and no reply to my request to go outside the box so to speak.
Overall a good job.
