Definitely 10 out of 10 for customer service, thank you Rachel. We wanted to present a tankard with an engraving of his church to a local minister who is retiring. Rachel replied to enquiries promptly and explained clearly what we had to do: make a line drawing from the original photo which could then be engraved on the tankard. We are very pleased with the result and would certainly recommend the company .
