I was sent the wrong item (a cheaper product) and was unhappy with the presentation box as it was too large for the tankard. I decided to keep the tankard that you sent in error, as I did not have time to wait for a replacement, and asked for the difference to be refunded which was agreed by one of your staff (who also offered a refund on the box), which I accepted. The communication from your staff was prompt and courteous, but I was initially only refunded part of that due. However, the error (when pointed out) was corrected quickly.
