Tankard was of excellent quality. Our friend was overwhelmed with the tankard. Thistle design was done with great detail. Engraving was a lovely personal touch which our friend was quite emotional about. The gift box was damaged and Rachel and Samantha couldn't do enough for me to get it replaced. They even sent it by special delivery as it was Easter Weekend and I needed the gift box for the Saturday. Excellent Customer Service!
