I ordered 7 tankards from Buyatankard.com and they were sent out very quickly. I was very impressed with the customer service related to this order and I think the live chat is a fantastic feature (albeit I had to stay up to 2AM in order to use it due to the time difference). I happen to live in Whistler, BC, Canada and received my tankards only two days after they were sent. Unfortunately due to a small fabrication error, the weld on one tankard cracked. Dismayed, I contacted the company and Samantha immediately had a replacement built and sent out. They covered all the necessary fees, including the import fees and I had my replacement in a couple of days. It is fantastic to see a company stand behind their product so strongly. The tankards are fantastic and can't wait to give them to my grooms men at my upcoming wedding. Thanks again!
