I totally love your tankards and buy one every year for our anniversary. This year I must tell you I was very disappointed in the way it was shipped. Not only was the outside box all banged up the inside box housing the tankard fell completely apart. This upset me as I use the box to wrap the gift. I was lucky the tankard was not damaged.
I will continue to use you however if the product continues to come in such condition I may look elsewhere.
