The website was fantastic for allowing us to try different fonts / previewing changes. We chose the handmade glass tankard. The final engraving was beautiful - the company used their discretion to alter the font size which enhanced our design - FANTASTIC result - beautiful product. Excellent service.
We ordered express delivery - arrived very quickly. The packaging was excellent - a huge box arrived, with masses of bubblewrap to protect the tankard in a smaller box within.
