Wanting something a bit different to what the online process would allow. We wanted engraving to both sides of a tankard, with the text in a certain layout and in different sized fonts. We emailed with details of what we wanted and received a response back quickly with reassurances that what we wanted would not be problem and all we had to do was reference our email when ordering online.
Delivery was on time and the tankard and engraving are perfect.
