I uploaded an image of a fingerprint which I hoped would be acceptable as part of the engraving; I didn't hear anything back, so hoped all was well... I ordered the tankard on Friday and it arrived the following Wednesday. It was perfect. Couldn't ask for better service. I'm sure my boss will be delighted with it as part of his retirement gift.
