I was a bit worried about buying online as I prefer to deal with people face to face. I wanted to buy a tankard for a retiring club member and hadn't much time so I decided to take a chance. I'm very glad I did because the experience was easy and my queries were dealt with politely and efficiently. When the tankard arrived (within a day) the quality was superb. I would have no hesitation in recommending buyatantard very highly and will certainly use them again when the need arises
