Extremely impressed with every aspect of the service. Ordered Sunday night, received Tuesday morning (paid for next day delivery, but clearly the order was received, crafted and dispatched the same day). The tankard, a colleague's leaving gift, really does look excellent. All requests, involving our work logo and some text, were managed. Will certainly use buyatankard again!
