I opted to build my own tankard. Although the process seemed easy, I apparently made a mistake as when my tankard arrived, it was not what I thought I had ordered (again, it appears that was my fault). I reached out to the company, worried that I would be stuck, and much to my surprise, they were very easy to communicate with, extremely responsive, and fixed my issue in a very timely manner (and without nickel and diming me). The level of customer service was truly above and beyond, and the quality of the tankard was exceptional. I would highly recommend them to others. I now have a beautiful keepsake that I will treasure for a lifetime, and hopefully pass on for generations.
