I am very pleased with the service I received from your end. The tankard arrived promptly, nicely packed. My only complaint is with your courier. I was at home when he drove up to my front door and dumped the parcel outside, although it was soon going to rain. He made no attempt to ring my door bell. Luckily I saw the parcel and retrieved it immediately. Most couriers in this rural village take the trouble to ring the bell and to leave things under cover if nobody is at home. PVT
