Very helpful on phone and very quick to fulfill order in time (it was urgent as I needed a gift for an important occasion in a hurry). The tankard is of excellent, heavy quality and finish. I shall certainly buy from you again in the future. One minor niggle concerning the packaging: I asked for a blue presentation box but got a black one. This wasn't a big issue. However, the top of the supposed presentation box bore a huge imprint of buyatankard.com. This might have been acceptable in a more proportionate size on the side or back of the box or on a separate slip. As it is, I threw the box away and used my own gift wrapping. I certainly won't be needing your box with future orders!
