The tankard arrived in good shape and in a timely manner. Packaging was good. After inspecting the tankard I found that there were a number of black smudges, it appeared that the tankard was never wiped clean after making (factory film and grime). The good thing was that after a fair amount of elbow grease and washing three times all of the grime came off.
One other thing, I ordered the presentation box as well but that seems much too large, like for a 2 liter tankard not the 1 liter that was ordered, not really worth making a fuss over though.
