Buyatankard.com has an excellent product and when I managed to talk to the office I had superb service and help. The tankard arrived promptly and has been much admired. The only downside I had was the previous evening when I could not order on the web and the person I spoke to also had problems with the stock computer indicating that there were 3 of the one I wanted in stock but not allowing him to order one either.
