After initially struggling to make the website work due to my companies Web browser firewall I emailed customer services who replied very promtly. I later spoke to an advisor who was extremely helpful and placed the order over the phone. An email confirmation was sent whilst I was on the phone for me to check all the details. A very efficient and friendly service. My tankard arrived within a couple of days and looks great. I hope my Dad likes it!
