Absolutely brilliant! Communication was excellent to ensure I got the right engraving, even with all my changes. So pleased with my initial order that I ordered another tankard and they gave me advise on the style to best suit the engraving. Great customer service, quick response and delivery and both tankards look amazing, utterly delighted. Highly recommend.
