I ordered the tankard, which was to be engraved, over the phone; the service was first class and very helpful. It was dispatched very quickly and arrived safely.
I have not seen it myself, as it was sent as a gift to an address down south, but I can report that my Grandson is tickled pink with it and delighted with the inscription! Many thanks.
