Beautiful little Scottish Thistle cup celebrating my daughter's birth. Quick service and quick shipping to USA. We had English and Norwegian characters engraved on the cup - no problem whatsoever. If I had to change anything it would be the choice for word placement - I would assume there wasn't enough room on the first line for my daughter's entire name so, oddly, just her first name was placed on the first line and then her middle and last names were placed on the 2nd line. I would have placed her first and middle name together on the first line. Both are short and would have fit. For future reference I will try to indicate such things in my order so something to think about if you're considering engraving particularly on the these smaller cups.
