I was very impressed with buyatankard.com, I received prompt friendly professional help with the custom design I was after, they didn't even mind the number of iterations I went through. As the tankard is a gift I bought a presentation box, which I must admit is really too big for the tankard, it rattles around somewhat. That said, the tankard is good quality, well engraved and provided with excellent service. Thank you.
