Fantastic assistance and support when enquiring and purchasing the tankards. I recieved feedback from the company outside of normal working hours, which was greatly appreciated It was a little more expensive than I would like to have paid especially when you consider I was purchasing two tankards. Felt the charge for the image and writing engraving could have been waivered for the second tankard. Service and delivery very quick once the order was placed
