Ordered a tankard with a Scottish flavour for our grandson's graduation. It arrived as promised but unfortunately the presentation box and lid were damaged. On the delivery morning a phone call to Tankard.com brought instant response as a new pristine box arrived the next morning so the tankard was presented to our grandson that day. He is absolutely delighted. Great customer service.
