Very easy to order. Initially spoke over the phone to ask abut specific requirements and then directed to the build a tankard part of the site. All the features we wanted were there and as instructed in the phone call put in our special finish request in the comments box. Fergus and Rachel emailed/phoned us to confirm all would be done. Delivery was very quick and although we haven't checked it with actual ale yet to confirm it doesn't leak it appears to be exactly what we wanted so we are very satisfied.
