I received my order -- a gift to a friend -- much quicker than I anticipated, so that was a massive plus because I didn't have to worry about not getting the present in time. I did leave instructions to make the lettering of some of the engraving on the tankard bigger (as illustration suggested this could be done). Sadly these instructions were not followed -- would have been 5 stars if they had. My friend still liked the present so all in all I am pleased with buyatankard.com
