The whole experience was excellent. I rang to make sure I would get exactly what I needed as I required a custom item. Staff were extremely helpful in all contacts. The item arrived on time and was superb. I live in Sheffield and the tankard was made in Sheffield but I would always order any other items from buyatankard. Highly recommended.
