David was very helpful regarding a crest I wanted on one side, and even found a better image than the one I had supplied!
I was sent the design for approval within a couple of hours of submitting my order, and any questions were answered equally fast, even though it was in the evening.
The tankard was delivered the following day, with the engraving just as I had expected.
