Very fast turn-around on the tankard that I ordered. It shipped in several days and I received it in about a week, from the UK! The engraving is very good and I loved the look of the tankard. I am very pleased and will order again. Even with the overseas shipping, the value of the tankard exceeded what I could have ordered in the USA.
