The Tankard is great, as is the engraving. However, the tankard is incorrectly advertised as a 1 pint tankard when it is, in fact a 1 and a 1/4 pint tankard. It also has no imperial markings for a 1 pint of beer, therefore cannot be legally used in a pub/club which is where I wanted to use it. I have reported this to your team (Samantha) who is looking into this matter with your manufacturers. As stated, I am happy with the Tankard, happy with the way Samantha is dealing with the issue in a polite and professional way but unhappy with the inaccuracies in your advertisement.
