I chose what writing to have on the tankard I opted for the preview to be sent to me first for approval when that arrived by email I said yes that’s fine an hour later or maybe even less I got another email telling me that it was all done and dispatched arrived to days later because I opted for free delivery but still royal tracked very impressed with the tankard and the font I chose great company would definitely recommend to anyone that reads this review A++++++
