The product was very good as usual. I am very disappointed with the engraving. At first glance it looked like another language (not English) and it is so small I can hardly see it. You have to turn it so the light hits it in order to make out what it says. I learned I need to be much more specific with the instructions--I should have said 3/8" to 1/2" letters.
If I ever order again I will keep that in mind.
