Very good customer services, polite, helpful, and understanding. Tankard came in perfect condition exactly as wanted, and considering it was shipped to Spain, arrived in less than a week from start to finish. Royal Mail as a carrier was a perfect choice for me, I have no complaints in any direction and would certainly use this company again.
