05/05/24 Purchased on-line for some adult briefs in Large, thought I was purchasing a case of 96 but was sent the wrong size and only (2) packages by Fedex. I refuse the packages tried to send them back to the company in Grove city, Ohio - packages were unopen still in the original packaging and company customer service reps rude and unhelpful. I then file a dispute with my credit card company and medical supply company indicated no refunds or exchanges unless I cancel dispute with my bank or credit card company.
