In response to my question, customer service advised that the delivery personnel would 'lift' into position the integrated refrigerator I had ordered since I had paid for two person delivery. In the event, the delivery personnel had no record of this request and were reluctant to comply. They did so only after some gentle persuasion.
On the day before the promised delivery date, I was provided with a 2 hour window of '12 to 2', however I received a phone call from the delivery personnel st 10 on the morning of delivery stating that they would arrive within the hour, one hour ahead of the proposed delivery time causing some inconvenience.
