I had a problem signing in and subsequently found my first choice of dishwasher was unavailable. In two phone calls I had occasion to speak to Megan and Amanda. Both were courteous and knowledgeable and dealt with my enquiry promptly without passing me on to somebody else. Megan suggested a very acceptable alternative to my unavailable first choice.
I was impressed. It made a pleasant change to some other firms' phone dealings with customers. I award them both top marks
